Who We Are
Building Better Nutrition teaches you how to free your mind, take care of yourself, and gain time to spend with the people you love.
Suzanne Iovanni, RDN, CSSD
Owner & Founder
As an athlete and someone who once struggled with the relationship between food and body, I found balance for fueling and nutrition for my body…and out of that I found a respect for my body, one that didn’t involve restriction.
Building Better Nutrition was built from my passion to see others have healthy relationships with food…relationships where they can indulge without guilt, still eat foods they love, and balance their nutrition with a simplified approach that works for them. As a Registered Dietitian who is also a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, sports nutrition, digestive and family wellness…all with a HAES™ approach.
When I’m not serving you with nutrition consulting, I am keeping busy watching from the sidelines as my 4 teens play sports. My 2 energetic boys and my fantastic twin girls. You’ll also catch me relaxing with my husband or spending the night out with my girlfriends.
I have been building my expertise to serve you by practicing at Boston Children’s Hospital and being in private practice for over 18 years. You deserve individualized nutrition consultations and Building Better Nutrition is committed to ensuring you receive the best.
