Suzanne Iovanni, RDN, CSSD, CLT

My name is Suzanne Iovanni and I am the owner and founder of Building Better nutrition.  I am a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics,  I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, sports nutrition, digestive and family wellness with a health at every size approach.

I enjoy staying active with my family…, 4 fantastic, energetic kids, 2 boys and twin girls. I enjoy competing in triathlons, marathons, multiple distance road races, and obstacle course races.  I also enjoy a great ladies night out or a quiet evening with my husband.  My husband is a great complement to my no-nonsense approach to eating well and with flavor! My husband holds a culinary degree from the Walt Disney Culinary Institute. We enjoy creating new recipes that are quick and healthy. Having 4 kids, time is limited in the kitchen!

My work history includes practicing at Boston Children’s Hospital. I have been in private practice for over 15 years offering individual nutrition consultations as well as guest lecturer. All consultations are INDIVIDUALIZED with evidence based care – one size doesn’t fit all.

Hi! I’m Logan Sullivan, a non-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. I help clients achieve food freedom and wellness with a nutrition counseling approach individualized to each person. I also work with clients who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder and are pursuing recovery.

Constantly worrying about what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat isn’t how it’s meant to be. I will help you enjoy eating again, stress and guilt-free in a way that works for you. Nutrition isn’t supposed to be this complicated.Join me in creating a healthy relationship with food.
