Baked Apples
Easy to make and a healthy way to use up those apples this fall! Enjoy a simple light dessert for a cool autumn evening!

Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp butter or coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Wash and cut off top of apples.
- Carefully hollow out the apples.
- Mix oats, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter or coconut oil together and poor into apples.
- Fill bottom of a baking dish with 1/4 inch of water. Place apples in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
