Whole grain, natural sweetened, warm spices and nut free granola! Enjoy topped on your favorite yogurt or smoothie. Ingredients 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats 2 Tbsp chia seeds 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/8 tsp cloves 1/4 tsp all spice 1 tsp ground ginger 2 Tbsp coconut oil 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 2 tsp vanilla Instructions Preheat oven to 300F degrees. Line large sheet pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, all spice, and ginger. In a medium saucepan, heat over medium heat the coconut oil, molasses, syrup, and vanilla. Stir heated ingredients with dry mixture. Spread on sheet pan. Cook for 30 minutes, while flipping the granola with a large spatula every 10 minutes.
