No Bake Energy Bites

Simple and healthy No Bake Energy Bites are a hit with kids and adults! The perfect mid afternoon snack to keep you fueled.

A Client Favorite Power Packed Snack!


  • 1 cup Old Fashion Oats
  • ½ cup nut or seed butter
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract, pure


  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  • Using a cookie scoop, roll out small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
  • Alternative choices: nut or seed butters - almond, peanut, cashew, soy, sun. sweeteners - honey, agave, pure maple syrup.
  • Optional: dried cranberries/cherries, chia seeds, dark chocolate chips.
