Ingredients
- 1 cup Old Fashion Oats
- ½ cup nut or seed butter
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ tsp vanilla extract, pure
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Using a cookie scoop, roll out small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
- Alternative choices: nut or seed butters - almond, peanut, cashew, soy, sun. sweeteners - honey, agave, pure maple syrup.
- Optional: dried cranberries/cherries, chia seeds, dark chocolate chips.
